Background
Caroline has worked in both practice and industry for over 35 years, gaining a wealth of experience within the finance and accounting profession. She has worked with businesses all over the UK and abroad, covering many industries. She owned Poolbridge Accountancy near Bridgwater before selling it in 2024 when she decided to move to part time working so she could spend more time travelling.
Expertise
Caroline is FMAAT qualified, Xero certified and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Although having worked in all areas of finance compliance over the years her love is working as a Management Accountant and producing reports that keep internal stakeholders “in the know” of company activities. Helping the internal managers and senior executives run the organisation, make business decisions, and monitor progress.

British TV dramas, murder mystery parties, music festivals.
Dislikes
Getting up early. Who decided breakfast meetings were a good idea!? Being late for anything and people that are regularly late.
Less about work…
As much time as possible spent travelling around Europe in their motor home. Although good Wi-Fi on the van means she can work anywhere. Time spent with her granddaughters, even better if away in the motor home with them.
